Since a while back when I was just a kid life gave me the greatest gift that anyone could ever ask for and that was a friend; but not just a regular friend this one I suspected it was going to be something else. Our friendship started just like any other friendship; we hang-out a lot, watch TV together, eat together do our monkey business together and even study together.As we grew older our friendship grew stronger and I felt like I could tell him everything no matter if it was good or bad news he always listed to me, he never said anything he just stared at me for hours while I was doing the talking part but his eyes could tell me more than a thousand words and no matter how late at night I needed his help he was always there for me.
We were away from each other for a lapse of time ‘cause I was out of the country and every day I will remember my country, my family and my other friends but I use to reminisce all of those days that I spend with my best buddy. We’ve been friends since I was 12 years old and its funny but it seems like nothing to me ‘cause it doesn’t seem enough. I live in another place far away from him but every time I have the chance I will go and visit my friend and he’s always as happy as me to meet again. This friend does have a name; his name is Nikolas and he is my doggy. He’s loyal, attentive, smart, tender, good listener and he never complaints about anything all he does is give me love and he ask for only one thing and one thing only and that is to be loved back and I am very please to do so. Every time I go back home to visit my family and friends he is the first one in line to greet me and he wants to be near me all the time. He sleeps with me and when is time to wake up he is just like me; we don’t do mornings that well jejeje and if we're both sleeping and someone gets in the room to wake me up he’ll get mad and start barking and showing his teeth to whoever tries to disturb my sleep.
This is a dedication to my best friend in the whole wide world; thank you for being a part of me, thank you for sharing with me, for listening to me, for comforting me, for making me happy, for letting me bother you, for walking with me, for resting with me, for running with me, for going with me to all of those trips and for letting me love you like I do and most important of all …
